    It's time to get your vintage motorcycles ready for the 2014 spring season. Come take advantage of the New York State landscape &views. This season we have a new venue, new roads &endless fun. The Catskills provides some of the most picturesque countryside in the northeast. Will be passing through and near, some very historic rural towns and villages, some that have escaped the clutches of modern technology.

    The MotoGiro-East takes us to Cooperstown New York sponsored by their multi-generational family motorcycle shop, Bennett Motors. Ray Bennett jr. and family are generous contributors to the USCRA MotoGiro-East. Ray is also a serious competitor in the event as he is part of an elite group of 50cc riders that dare to challenge themselves and the machine as they compete for the 65cc Class title.

    Larry Crowe will take lead with his number 1 bib on his Honda S90 as he was the over all winner in the 2013 Fall MotoGiro-USA. Congratulations to Larry on his 1st win in the MotoGiro-USA series. Not far behind Larry was Mike Wood (son of our most respected and loved Barb Wood) a new rider to the MotoGiro Steve Flach and Deven frazier of MotoGeezers. Devon was the winner at the MotoGiro-South 2012 event. Lets not count out MAX BMW's Chris Moore on his 305cc. Chris is the winner of the 2012 MotoGiro-USA in 2012 at the Beautiful Castle Hill Resort in Cavendish Vt.

    If you haven't planned your family vacation yet, plan it around the MotoGiro-USA. We know money is tight so why not bundle your vacation and MotoGiro-USA event together. There are many fun actives and events offered in the Catskills you and your family should take advantage of while either preparing for the MotoGiro-east or perhaps extend your stay. There is plenty to see if your family chooses to stay behind while you are on your MotoGiro-Ride. The region is the home of the Catskills Scenic Trail, Fly Creek Cider Mill, Cooperstown Fun Park, Farmers' History Museum & The National Baseball Hall of Fame. So bring the family, & friends and stay a few more days for a fun vacation in the Delaware County. There will be something to do for everyone.

    Each year we see new and returning riders from as close as New England to as far and Hawaii, France and beyond. We have welcomed riders from all over the world to take part in this historic event. with this young and young at heart riders the MotoGiro has bridged the generation Gap, bonded father and son, resurrected old friendships and created new ones. with this event welcoming most every classic sidecar, Father and son teams make for a fun and entertaining week-end.

    The MotoGiro USA is a motorcycle event promoted by the United States Classic Racing Association (USCRA). It’s a two-day skill event for small displacement classic motorcycles, scooters and sidecar rigs on public roads. The riders are given written directions and a timetable to complete each of three sections in a specific time. And there are a number of rider skill tests each competitor must do to qualify. Remember, this is a timed ride (not a race) Speeds average from 25 to 35mph. Motorcycles are 1968 or older models with displacement no larger than 305cc. We have seen motorcycles from all makes from Aermacchi, CZ, NSU, BMW, Benelli, Ossa to Honda Suzuki and Jawa’s Teams are also often created for riders that wish to ride this event with family and friends. Riders come from as close at NH and as far as Hawaii & Norway.
